Level 1-2 Group Class - Low intensity

Gentle exercises and movements designed to improve your strength, balance, and coordination. Low level cardio with modifications available for all abilities. A combination of seated and standing exercises.

Level 2/3 Guided Circuit Class - Low-moderate intensity

Focuses on building strength, enhancing balance and coordination, and improving cardiovascular fitness to maintain an active lifestyle. Includes a group warm up with balance & coordination exercises & games, followed by a guided strength circuit enabling participants to work at their own level.

Level 3 plus - Moderate to high intensity

A circuit based class focussed on improving strength. Suitable for those who already do some physical activity. This class includes slightly more challenging exercises and/ or resistance. It will help improve strength and stability for daily life and leisure activities.
