Personal training is all about YOU! It involves assessing your current movement capabilities and supporting you to meet your movement goals.

Personal training is for you if:
-You prefer not to train in a group environment or would like to build some confidence before joining a group.
-You have a specific goal or outcome you are training for such as a walking or cycling holiday or general longevity.
- You like variety and a program tailored to your needs.
- You want support to develop your muscle mass & cardiovascular fitness for a long healthy life.

Sessions are held in a private studio gym, in your own home or online. Train with a friend or on your own.
